lore.oriz.in is operated by Chirag Singhal, based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. Contact: [email protected]. It is part of the oriz family of free static sites.
What we collect
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — aggregate page views and country. Cookieless. No personal identifiers.
- Reading state — the bottle-green ribbon on each book page writes
your last-read paragraph to
localStorage(keybookLore:<slug>:para). This stays on your device. - Contact form — submissions go through Web3Forms which forwards to my email.
book·lore is fully public. There is no sign-in, no account, and no server-side store of anything you do here.
What we don't do
- No tracking across sessions for analytics (Cloudflare is anonymous).
- No accounts, no passwords, no personal profiles.
- No selling of personal data.
- No newsletters unless you explicitly subscribe (and right now there is no signup).
Your rights
Reading state lives only in your browser — clear your site data to wipe it. Under India's DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and delete any personal data we hold — contact the grievance officer.
Children
book·lore is not directed at children under 13.
